Website Copywriting

Research-based writing that explains what you do and moves readers to enquire.

Content & technical services

The work that surrounds a website

These are included alongside the core services rather than sold separately. They are usually what turns a decent site into a genuinely useful one.

Copy Editing

Grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalisation, and readability corrected without changing your meaning or your technical detail. Included with design and copywriting work.

Case Study Writing

A short interview or intake form turned into a written case study covering the challenge, the approach, and the result – ready to publish on your site.

Product Datasheet Design

Technical product sheets rebuilt into clean, consistent, professional PDFs. Approved specifications are never altered – only how they are presented.

Analytics & Conversion Tracking

Google Analytics and Search Console set up properly, with tracking for form submissions, quote requests, phone and email clicks, and document downloads.

Hosting & Website Migration

Moving a site between hosts with careful handling of domains, DNS, files, and – critically – your existing business email.

Pricing

Custom pricing, quoted properly

We do not publish fixed packages, because project scope varies far too much for them to be honest. A five-page site for a consultancy and a redesign for a manufacturer with two hundred product pages are not the same job.

Instead, pricing is based on your goals, your content, the functionality you need, and the overall scope of the project. You get a written, itemised quote after a free consultation – no obligation, and no pressure to book on the call.

Questions

Common questions

It depends on how many pages you need, whether the content already exists, and what the site has to do. A brochure site for a small service business and a manufacturer’s site with a product catalogue and downloadable spec sheets are very different projects.

Rather than publish package prices that would be wrong for most enquiries, we give you a written quote after a short consultation. It is free, and there is no obligation.

Most small business sites take four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. The single biggest factor is how quickly content, images, and feedback come back from your side – we will tell you honestly at the start what we need and when.

It is what we recommend for most businesses, because it lets your team edit the site without needing a developer, and it will not lock you into us. If you have a good reason to use something else, tell us at the consultation and we will give you a straight answer about whether it fits.

Yes. If you have a logo, colours, and fonts already, we design within them. If your branding is inconsistent or dated, we will say so and suggest what is worth tidying up before the build.

No. We are based in Mississauga and work with businesses across the Greater Toronto Area and the rest of Canada. We also take on remote projects internationally. Most of the work happens over video calls and email regardless of where you are.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the problem and we will tell you what would actually fix it – even if that turns out to be less work than you expected.
